We are excited to announce that each week we will be featuring a different fish dish. This week we are featuring Wild Alaskan Halibut, pan seared with Rosemary scented artichoke hearts, stewed lentils and Fried Leeks. The halibut is finished with a Champagne Beurre Blanc sauce.

This Sunday we’ll have carving stations with Dry Aged Prime Rib, Ham, omelets and more! The buffet will include shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, eggs benedict, fresh pastries, potatoes, chicken sausage and more. Did we mention the dessert table? We’ve got items for the kids as well– kobe beef hot dogs, mac-n-cheese, burgers and more!
