Jackie Shen, whose career includes stops at Le Français, Lawry’s and Red Light, is the new Head Chef at Chicago Cut Steakhouse.

Shen is known for her French-Asian artistry and brings considerable expertise in the area of USDS prime meat, having run the kitchen at Lawry’s Prime Rib for seven years.
