We are excited to announce that each week we will be featuring a different fish dish. This week we are featuring Wild Alaskan Halibut, pan seared with Rosemary scented artichoke hearts, stewed lentils and Fried Leeks. The halibut is finished with a Champagne Beurre Blanc sauce.

Chicago Cut will be closed for breakfast and dinner service on Tuesday, October 28th for private events. We appreciate your understanding. We will be taking lunch reservations until 12:30, and if you are looking for a wonderful dinner let us suggest our sister restaurant The Local Chicago.
